Cleanroom Air Shower Room & Personnel Air Shower Systems
Biogreen air shower rooms create a controlled transition between gowning or uncontrolled areas and cleanroom spaces.
High-velocity filtered air is directed across personnel garments to remove loose particles, while interlocked doors help maintain cleanroom pressure and reduce cross-contamination.
Standard FLS series and custom air shower systems are available for pharmaceutical, electronics, semiconductor, medical device, food and other clean manufacturing environments.

PRODUCT OVERVIEW
A cleanroom air shower room is installed between a non-clean area and a clean area. It uses high-velocity clean air to blow off dust and particles carried by personnel, effectively reducing the amount of contaminants brought into the clean area.
Standard hinged-door air shower and automatic sliding-door air shower are both available in Biogreen FLS series.

HOW THE AIR SHOWER WORKS
Step 1
Enter the Chamber
The entry door closes and the interlock system confirms that the air shower cycle can begin.
Step 2
Filtered Air Is Accelerated
The blower draws return air through filters and accelerates clean air before it is delivered to the nozzles.
Step 3
High-Velocity Air Jets
Clean, high-velocity air is blown from multiple nozzles to remove loose particles from clothing and surfaces.
Step 4
Air Is Recaptured
Contaminated air returns to the lower sections, passes through filtration and is recirculated for the next cycle.
