Cleanroom Door Systems Built Around Your Room Requirements

A cleanroom door is more than an entrance between two rooms. Its construction affects personnel flow, material movement, cleanability, room pressure management and the integrity of the surrounding cleanroom partition.

Our clean room door systems can be configured for personnel access, equipment transfer, medical spaces, emergency exits and high-frequency logistics routes. Depending on the application, customers can select galvanized steel, coated steel or stainless steel structures together with different cores, vision panels and operating methods.

The door frame is designed for integration with cleanroom wall systems, while smooth surfaces and practical hardware simplify routine cleaning and daily operation.

Inside a Cleanroom Door: Structure, Seals and Hardware

Each component of the door is selected as part of an integrated access system rather than as an isolated door leaf. The frame interfaces with the surrounding cleanroom partition, the internal core provides panel rigidity, and the vision window improves visibility between adjacent areas. Hardware can be supplied in 304 stainless steel, while perimeter sealing components support controlled room separation when the door is closed.

50 mm Door Leaf

The standard JHM cleanroom door leaf uses a 50 mm construction.

Honeycomb Core Options

Flame-retardant paper honeycomb and aluminum honeycomb are the two source-listed JHM core options.

Three Vision-Panel Styles

Rectangular, square-outside/rounded-inside and oval vision-panel options are shown in the source sheet.

304 Stainless Steel Hardware

Source-listed JHM hardware includes 304 stainless steel hinges, a split-handle lock and sealing components.

Designed for Everyday Cleanroom Operation

Easy-to-Clean Surfaces

Smooth metal surfaces and practical detailing simplify routine wipe-down and sanitation procedures.

Controlled Room Separation

Close-fitting frames, door seals and suitable hardware support separation between adjacent controlled spaces.

Flexible Traffic Solutions

Choose swing, sliding, high-speed or free-swing configurations according to personnel flow, cart access and available floor space.

Cleanroom Wall Integration

Door frames can be coordinated with cleanroom panel systems and other wall constructions according to the project opening.

A Cleanroom Door Manufacturer for Custom Project Requirements

Cleanroom projects rarely use a single universal door specification. Opening dimensions, wall thickness, materials, traffic flow and hardware requirements can vary from room to room.

As a cleanroom door manufacturer, we can configure different door types around the project schedule instead of limiting the customer to one standard format. Supply can include personnel doors, double-leaf doors, sliding doors, stainless steel doors, high-speed doors and fire-door configurations for the same facility.

Custom Dimensions

Door width and height coordinated with project openings.

Material Selection

Coated, galvanized and stainless-steel configurations according to door type.

Project-Based Production

Multiple door configurations can be organized under one project door schedule.

Cleanroom Door FAQ

A cleanroom door is an access system used in controlled environments where cleanability, room separation, material compatibility and reliable operation are more important than with a conventional commercial door. It is normally coordinated with the surrounding cleanroom wall system and project operating requirements.
The source range includes galvanized steel, stainless steel and coated steel door constructions depending on the door type. JHM doors also provide paper-honeycomb or aluminum-honeycomb core options.
The standard JHM cleanroom door leaf shown in the supplied technical sheet is 50 mm thick.
Yes. The source sheet explicitly supports customization of JHM frame configuration, vision-panel size and surface color. Other project options should be confirmed during technical review.
Swing doors are practical for general personnel access. Sliding doors are useful where swing clearance is limited or where electrically driven medical access is preferred.
Interlock and access-control integration can be evaluated as project-specific options. Electrical interfaces, lock type and emergency-release logic should be confirmed before production.
Yes. The supplied source data includes GFM-1 steel insulated fire-door variants labeled Class A, Class B and Class C. Required project-country fire performance and supporting certificates must be confirmed before final selection.
ISO 14644 addresses cleanroom classification and controlled-environment performance. Door selection should support the overall facility design through suitable materials, cleanability, sealing, traffic control and wall integration. Final cleanroom compliance depends on the complete facility design and qualification, not on the door alone.
