500 mm Dynamic Pass Box VCR500DP
$780.00
VCR500DP combines a compact 500 ?? 500 ?? 500 mm chamber with fan-driven HEPA filtration for small-item transfers across different cleanliness zones. The unit can be configured for project airflow, H14 filtration, differential-pressure indication, UV light and HEPA integrity-test access. Its electronic interlock keeps the two doors from opening together. Confirm room grades, wall conditions, voltage and validation requirements before finalizing the specification.

A Compact Filtered Transfer Solution
VCR500DP is designed for samples, tools and small components that need more controlled transfer than a passive chamber can provide. Its nominal 500 ?? 500 ?? 500 mm internal space is paired with a fan and HEPA filtration so chamber air can be actively cleaned before the receiving-side door is released.
Product Role in the Cleanroom
The interlocked chamber separates the two rooms during loading and unloading. A configured purge or circulation sequence reduces particle carryover, while the fan and filter operate independently of simply opening the doors. This can support transfers from a lower-cleanliness side toward a cleaner pharmaceutical, laboratory or electronics area.
Configuration Options
| Item | Available configuration |
|---|---|
| Model | VCR500DP |
| Nominal chamber | 500 ?? 500 ?? 500 mm |
| Approximate external size | 670 ?? 580 ?? 1000 mm; confirm final drawing |
| Filtration | Project-selected HEPA grade; H14 available where required |
| Air velocity | Configured to project needs within the equipment design range |
| Monitoring | Differential-pressure gauge and test ports available |
| Controls | Electronic interlock, indicators, alarms or timed sequence by project |
Installation and Use Notes
- Allow service access for the fan and filters
- Confirm airflow direction and room pressure relationship
- Use the approved external dimensions for the wall opening
- Confirm 110 V/60 Hz, 220 V/50 Hz or other destination supply
- Test interlock, airflow, pressure indication and alarms after installation
- Do not treat UV as a replacement for cleaning or validated decontamination
Verification Planning
Where the project requires documented qualification, agree the inspection and test scope before ordering. This may include installation checks, interlock tests, air velocity, pressure, HEPA integrity and functional records. Final acceptance criteria should follow the user’s quality system and cleanroom design.
Request a Project Quote
Provide the connected room grades, maximum item size, wall thickness, required purge logic, filter grade, airflow target, voltage and documentation list. The final configuration is then prepared for the real process rather than a generic specification.
