Cleanroom Static Pass Box

$370.00

A cleanroom pass box creates a controlled route for moving materials through a partition without unnecessary personnel traffic. It suits pharmaceutical, laboratory, hospital, electronics and food-processing facilities. Buyers can specify a static or dynamic design, chamber size, wall thickness, SUS304 surfaces, interlock type, UV light and monitoring options. Share the cleanliness conditions on both sides, the largest item to be transferred and the installation opening so the configuration can be matched to the project.

Controlled Material Transfer for Cleanrooms

A cleanroom pass box is a sealed, double-door chamber installed through a cleanroom wall. It allows tools, samples, packaging and other materials to move between controlled areas while limiting direct air exchange. Because only the chamber is opened??not the room entrance??the system can reduce personnel movement, pressure disturbance and the risk of carrying particles into the cleaner side.

Choose Static or Dynamic Operation

ItemAvailable configuration
Static pass boxFor transfer between areas with similar cleanliness levels; no built-in fan or active filtration.
Dynamic pass boxFor transfers across different cleanliness levels or from an uncontrolled side; fan and HEPA filtration actively clean chamber air.
InterlockMechanical or electronic control prevents both doors from opening at the same time.
ConstructionSUS304 inner chamber is recommended; the outer shell may be stainless steel or powder-coated steel.
Optional functionsUV lamp, viewing windows, pressure indication, access control and validation ports can be discussed by project.

Dynamic Pass Box

Where It Fits

This equipment is used in pharmaceutical production, biological laboratories, hospitals, electronics and semiconductor plants, food processing, medical-device production and other controlled environments. Final selection should follow the cleanliness level on each side, material flow, cleaning method and the facility quality system.

Configuration and Installation Inputs

  • Required internal clear size and maximum item dimensions
  • Wall type, wall thickness and proposed opening size
  • Cleanliness classification or operating condition on each side
  • Static or dynamic airflow requirement
  • Mechanical or electronic interlock preference
  • Local voltage and frequency for powered options
  • Cleaning, UV, monitoring or HEPA integrity-test requirements

Standard chamber sizes can be selected from 500, 600, 700 or 800 mm ranges, while custom dimensions are available. The final opening is normally confirmed from the approved external dimensions; installation allowance and sealing details should be checked before the wall is cut.

Operation and Maintenance

Typical operation starts by cleaning the item according to the facility SOP, placing it inside from one side and closing that door. The opposite door remains locked until the transfer or treatment cycle is complete. Dynamic units also require routine checks of airflow, differential pressure and filters. Cleaning frequency and UV exposure time must follow the site SOP and item compatibility.

Request a Project Configuration

For a practical recommendation, provide the room conditions on both sides, item size, daily transfer frequency, wall construction, preferred chamber size and destination electrical standard. A project-based specification and quotation can then be prepared without assuming a fixed configuration.
