Cleanroom Entry Function
When the user enters, the entrance door closes and the interlock holds the clean-side door. The blower circulates air through a pre-filter and HEPA filter. Cleaned air exits the nozzles at high velocity to dislodge loose particles from garments. Return air is collected through the lower section and recirculated until the programmed cycle finishes. The clean-side door then releases according to the selected control sequence.
Model Selection Guide
- Personnel flow: select one-person, two-person or tunnel capacity from peak entry demand.
- Stainless scope: choose stainless interior, stainless doors, or full stainless construction according to cleaning exposure.
- Filter requirement: determine HEPA grade, leakage test needs and acceptance method before production.
- Door layout: use straight-through, 90-degree or custom openings according to the room plan.
- Controls: define cycle time, one-way or two-way access, access reader and emergency-release logic.
Recommended Applications
This model is particularly suitable for pharmaceutical cleanrooms, medical-device manufacturing, laboratories, biotechnology production, food-processing clean areas and other facilities where the air shower is cleaned regularly. It can be positioned after gowning and before the final clean area, or between zones with different cleanliness controls.
Technical Information to Confirm
Typical personnel air velocity may be planned around 20?C25 m/s, and the shower cycle is often selected between 10 and 30 seconds. HEPA filtration may be configured to a high-efficiency level such as 99.99% at 0.3 micrometers, but the final filter, measured performance and test documentation must match the agreed equipment specification. These reference values should not replace project validation.
Cleaning and Maintenance
The internal chamber should be cleaned according to the facility SOP using chemicals compatible with SUS304 and the selected seals. Pre-filters require regular inspection because loading increases the burden on the HEPA filter. Maintenance should also include nozzle checks, air-velocity review, door-seal inspection, interlock testing and control-panel checks. HEPA replacement should be based on pressure, airflow, damage or leakage test results rather than only calendar time.
Buyer Questions
Can the entire unit be made from SUS304?
Yes. The scope can include the chamber, doors, nozzles and floor, subject to the approved material list.
Can testing documents be included?
Testing and documentation can be planned, but required methods, instruments and acceptance values must be confirmed before production.
Is stainless steel required for every cleanroom?
No. It should be selected from cleaning frequency, corrosion risk, hygiene requirements and budget.
